Buglo is a leading playground equipment manufacturer based in Poland, dedicated to creating innovative and safe play spaces for children. The company primarily collaborates with restaurants, city offices, property managers, etc. This collaboration translates into delivering aesthetic, easily readable projects of high quality.

As they emphasize, "Our designers set new trends in the playground market. We create three-dimensional concepts of products and visualizations of playgrounds. To meet the expectations of demanding customers, we continually expand our offer with new, unique products."

With a commitment to quality and creativity, Buglo decided to optimize project management and expand the backend infrastructure. The main goal was to improve processes related to 3D design within the existing configurator.

Challenge:

Buglo faced the challenge of finding a suitable company capable of integrating a playground project management system and expanding its existing backend infrastructure. The priority was to streamline processes related to 3D design, contributing to increased efficiency in the company's operations.

Moreover, this task required close collaboration with the software team from Germany - VisCircle, which originally created the 3D configurator.

Solution:

In response to Buglo's needs, we created a dedicated web application that seamlessly integrates with the client's existing systems. The application serves as an administrative panel for effective project management and utilizes a 3D configurator for creating and visualizing playground projects.

How We Built the Solution:

Administrative Panel: We prepared a robust administrative panel tailored for project management, providing Buglo with tools to oversee and control various aspects of their playground projects.

Backend Development: The backend layer was expanded to accommodate new features and requirements, ensuring scalability and system efficiency

Web Application: Leveraging technologies such as PHP Symfony and Next.js, we crafted a web application that not only seamlessly integrates with Buglo's existing systems but also improves the overall user experience.

Integrations: The solution was integrated with Buglo's project management and design tools, allowing for a cohesive and synchronized workflow

Buglo can efficiently manage and version its playground projects through the intuitive administrative panel.
