About the project
PetraMedica is a network of modern medical clinics operating in and around Warsaw, offering comprehensive healthcare – from primary care (POZ), through specialist consultations and diagnostics, to occupational medicine and mental health care under the PetraPsyche brand. The network spans 6 locations, over 80 specialists and more than 3,000 medical services, serving individual patients, institutional clients, and patients covered by the National Health Fund (NFZ).
Since March 2024, MuchMore has been PetraMedica's technology partner. What started as a one-off website project turned – thanks to the quality of delivery and our engagement – into an ongoing, strategic IT partnership, through which we keep supporting PetraMedica in the further development of its digital tools.

Challenge
The biggest challenge of the project was reconciling the complex data structure coming from KAMSOFT's HIS system (Serum and OSOZ) with the need for a clear, optimized presentation of content on the website. Data about services, specialists and available time slots had to be transformed into an intuitive booking mechanism, consistent despite the scale of a network spanning 6 locations and over 80 specialists across different specialties.
Solution
The MuchMore team designed and implemented PetraMedica's new website on Next.js and Strapi, ensuring high performance, flexible content management, and a solid foundation for the platform's future growth.

The result is a 30%+ increase in website traffic and online bookings, meaningfully reducing the workload on clinic reception desks and making it easier for patients to access care.
